"Customer service of every employee was amazing. They were very courteous, quick to assist and friendly. Food from the Baya Hotel Restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed every entree we ordered. One things is that the room had some issues such as some of the walls had cracks, sliding doors on the balcony and bathroom wouldn’t lock properly. Some of the furniture were outdated, they had alot of scratches and wear and tear. We got the Panorama room and the view was priceless."

"Really great stay...the location is awesome. Fantastic pool area and massage services...clean hotel and we set up tours in the lobby...transfers to airport were good...GREAT breakfast included. We would definitely stay there again..."
