「Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. 」

「Breakfast is charged separately, with limited variety and high price. There is a water bar on each floor that provides drinks and snacks, but it will be charged at USD 35 per day in the room rate. In short, it is not cost-effective.」

「We loved our stay and can't wait to come back! My husband and I brought our young daughters to Story Land and enjoyed the week in the white mountains. This property was cozy, clean, and so close to everything. After long days we relaxed in the pool and it was so helpful to have laundry in unit and a full kitchen. The bonus for me was the gorgeous view. I loved starting mornings with a coffee on the deck. We look forward to our next visit!」
