"Awesome condo with a great location across the street from Vaqueros Restaurant, Pizza place, and a steakhouse within 5 minutes' walk. Three Forks Grille is 5–7-minute walk. Smith's grocery store also within 5 minutes' walk. It overlooks Nucleus Avenue. It is on the second floor with an elevator and assigned parking spot. Fully stocked with washer and dryer also.
