「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :)
Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve.
Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water.
There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a...

「The hotel made an excellent first impression. The ground-floor areas were attractive, modern and welcoming, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there.
The upstairs areas felt tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. In my opinion, they were more reminiscent of a budget hotel than the standard suggested by the hotel's marketing and pricing.
On arrival, I also found the attitude of the two receptionists...

「I respect the building was historic and that the decoration will be a bit old. However the WiFi connection was bad and I can only connect in the lobby. The hotel staff are also not enthusiastic in attending to guests’ requests. A lot of times you have to remind them for a couple of times before they will respond.」
