「Still one of my favorite places to stay. Just a classic property in a gorgeous setting. The Canyon Suite is a great way to go. Separate bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, wet bar, and another huge bathroom. Professional, courteous staff throughout the property. Tucson’s best hotel hands down.」

「If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms.」

「Place itself is very nice. Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English.
You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment.
Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd...
