「I did like the layout of the room but I guess with the July 4th Holiday there wasn't hard any staff. My first room wasn't cleaned. We got a second room immediately but the room was so hot, it did have air conditioning but we had to wait awhile till the room was cool, we had to clean the Jacuzzi and shower ourselves and ask for extra towels. The carpet needed vacuuming but we dealt with it. It's a nice room and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating but they need more staff for when the...

「Loved this hotel! Great food, nice staff, lots of character in the building itself! The only thing I missed was having a coffee pot in the room. I’m an early riser, and like to get up and have a cup of coffee as soon as my feet hit the floor. We did have the muffins and coffee in the lobby, and the muffins were delicious.」

「Location is very good for travelling by public transport; many of the tourist attractions are relatively close to the hotel; all the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous. Would recommend the hotel and certainly stay again if in Philadelphia.」
