"The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive.
The rooms on the 7th floor are nicer and appear to be better maintained. My friend’s room on the 5th floor, however, looked more dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The wall in the room was peeling in some areas, which made the room feel less well-maintained."

"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail.
Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

8.2 out of 10, Very good, (38 reviews)

Xianel Vacation Chateau
Xianel Vacation ChateauDahu
10/10 Excellent
Just had a wonderful stay at Xianal Vacation Chateau It was just a piece of paradise among the strawberry fields. It's just off the busy Taiwan Route No 3, but the noise level was not a concern due to good sound insulations. It's also a short drive to the town of Dahu for a nice meal. The hosts are very enthusiastic and helpful, and are just a pleasure to chat with. The room was tastefully decorated, with top-shelve amenities. The breakfast was a surprising large tray with delicious...
