「Very limited breakfast options. No workout room. Place is clean and staff are friendly though so not a bad stay overall.」

「This is the best hotel in Hershey. It has everything you can imagine. Always on my list for when I go to Hershey. 」

「The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. 」

「Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. 」

「No Danishes on the breakfast menu. The eggs were excellent, though.」

「The hotel smelled like smoke, there were stains all over the bed and sheets & the air in the hotel just felt damn. We immediately left as soon as we checked in」
