"AMAzing experience! I was skeptical about choosing a Holiday Inn chain hotel (we normally stay at luxury chains). However, it was truly amazing - from the friendly staff and check in-out process and the views and the cleanliness and the size of the room - everything was perfect BRAVO Holiday Inn!"

"This is the 5th time I have stayed here. Every room has a balcony facing the ocean. They take dogs, which is a huge plus. Bar is nice with view of the ocean and the bartenders, Jeff and Chris are exceptional. Check in was smooth and most of the check in desk employees are very pleasant and helpful. There are a few that act like you are an inconvenience, so that could be improved. Overall lovely hotel. Definitely will be back!"

"We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the people on the boardwalk. The hotel was ready for the summer even if the outdoor pool wasn't used much. Breakfast was fine and coffee great. The staff helped with several questions. Not all shops and restaurants were open yet but several very nice places were. We had dinner at Coastal Salt next door. Pizza Boss pizza on Friday night late from a short walk on the boardwalk. Lots of deliveries to the hotel. Did everything we needed to do for our 97 year old grandmother who spent Saturday with us."

"Beautiful hotel can’t wait to come back when the weather is nicer. Just wish the pool was a little cleaner but there was a cheerleader competition in the area so the pool was packed."

"This hotel is always beautiful. They upgraded our room at no cost so we were up higher. It's always clean and smells good. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Too bad it was too cold to sit outside!"

"The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, not the basic cleanliness like the floors or beds but more so in much need of a deep clean (ceiling vent in bathroom, walls, light switches, etc). It was so bad in our room that I had to wipe down the light switch and something unknown splattered off the wall. The 10pm quiet hour/curfew doesn’t seem to be enforced since we had rowdy teens on our floor yelling and playing in the halls so sleep was scarce (not so much the fault of the hotel but nothing was done about it). We also didn’t have a very pleasant interaction with a staff (not sure what her position was) in relation to the pool. It was apparently closed from the night before due to maintenance. We asked front desk if they had a possible timeframe of when it would be re-opened since we were departing that day. He said it was fixed and good to go according to the pool maintenance man. We proceeded to get into the pool with our toddler and were berated by a female staff member and she said the front desk staff had no idea what they were talking about. I was really hoping to enjoy our stay at this hotel since our toddler loved the pool area and convenience of nearby places we frequent but I can’t say we will be back. "

"Staff very friendly and welcoming. Kids loved the indoor pool. Construction was going on but not a bother. Stayed one night due to going to our air b&b and decided to come one day early. Very pleasant stay and next to good restaurants "

"There was no AC in the "old part" of the building stating the hotel was in nuetral for changeover. The room held at 77 degrees with a singluar box fan given. Maintenance began on the pool at 7am sharp on Saturday- loudly- feet outside on ground floor beach front room. Ocean view obstructed fully by tiki bar. "

"We only stayed for 1 night as an in between stop. This was our first time in Ocean City and we loved it. We will be back! "
