"We did not stay at this property! Our plans change due to mother-in-law having a stroke. We notified the hotel 4 days in advance to cancel the reservation and they would not give us our money back. Expedia try to help but the hotel refused to refund the money."

"The room was clean and the staff was nice. My only complaint is that we had no TV on Sunday as the cable went out. They claimed it was the fault of their cable provider."

"Staff spoke very little english. Had to wait to see is the handicapped room was ready, from being supposedly deep cleaned. There were cracks in the ceiling ,that had been haphazardly plastered over and was chippy. There was blue paint chipping off the wall and the veneer on the door was peeling off. "
