"It was very nice room and clean and the bed was very comfy and nice after long day driving"

"When I went to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned. They wanted to refund money. I told them it was after midnight and we needed a room. They were able to get us two separate rooms instead with the second one for free. I thought the furniture and carpet were very outdated. Carpet throughout hotel had multiple stains. Couch in our room showed multiple stains. Door in room says check out is noon but housekeeping started bagging on our doors starting at 10am. And walked right in."

"Clean room, bar was stocked well, air conditioning wouldn't work quite right it was hot in our room. "

"The pool had way too much chlorine. Just being in the dome area made me feel sick the next day from it. My “balcony” was on the 1st floor in the corner with NO privacy. Could not see the pool at ALL. Could hear literally everything from inside my hotel room. When saying something to hotel staff all they told me was they will try to keep things under control in the atrium. It is a public area that is open until 10pm. I even sent clips proving the noise from my room and they did nothing! "

"When we got to our room the toilet would not stop running, told the front desk put us in a different room. The first room had two queen beds and a fold out couch, the second room only had two queen beds. When I told the front desk because I didn’t want to be charged for a bigger room when we couldn’t stay in that one she said that they don’t have rooms like that. The pool was kinda gross!! "The room that we were assigned, 120, was clean and heated appropriately. The breakfast served was comparable to what I might expect at competitor properties. That being said, there weren't any staff mulling around as I normally would see at other properties. Perhaps my biggest complaint, and this really is a complaint more so than a frustration, was that the hallways and common areas, and especially the entrance area where devoid of any heating. It was so cold, that my other guest and I didn't even want to sit in the breakfast area to eat our breakfast because it was so cold."
