「I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. The front office wanted personal information which I was not comfortable sharing- they are probably going to spam me with sales calls forevermore. 「Our room was well maintained with nice amenities. The shower was a little small but not a dealbreaker. Really good continental breakfast—cereals, bagels, large muffins, juice, yogurts. Good location close to town, very walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel!」

「Great hotel in a great location right on the water. The hotel’s restaurant is also very good with a great oyster selection and view. Absolutely would come back! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating— especially when it came to navigating parking in the busy lot! Only one small comment: the air conditioner in room 3 sounds like a jet engine, but it did keep the room nice and cold!!」

「I loved my stay here! Booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend with a friend and was in a beautiful location just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Kennebunkport. Our room was beautiful looking over water and was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly! The only negatives I experienced were that there was minimal staff attendance in the building.
