「Large comfortable room in a good location. Office building conversions are often awkward, but this one was fine. Good shower and water pressure even on the 9th floor」

「hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....」
