「No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.」

「The rooms were very well cleaned and so was the hotel. The waterpark was awesome and was very nice for my two small children. The only problem during my stay was check-in . When we arrived at 4pm for check in we were told our room was not ready yet and that we would receive a text when it was. They allowed us still to go into the waterpark just a little inconvenient after you pay all that money to stay. 2 hours later by 6pm we still didn't receive a text so I went to the front where they told me...

「The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. We didn’t have any soap in our room, and the staff recommended that we use the body wash instead. That was the only issue we had. Overall, it was a good stay.」

「We were on the third floor Pool view in the elevator was broke the entire week. Although the guys at the desk we’re more than helpful to carry luggage up to the third floor I think when you have seniors checking in, you should take that into consideration before you put them on the third floor.」
