「酒店有霸王条款，网上预定三晚，入住二晚退了房，再回去就不能入住也不能退款」

「There is no refrigerator or microwave. Although breakfast is provided, it is charged. It is unexpected and not a good feeling.」

「If the Motel offered shuttle or a ride to Los Alamos town; it would be perfect. Walking to/from town is complicated and dangerous at night. Also the restaurant for breakfast opens until 10:00 am (too late for us).」

「I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!」

「Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent, not proactively greeting the customer. Advantage： Dog friendly hotel and reasonable charge. The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. There is...

「This inn and tavern were amazing! Truly one of the most beautiful places we've stayed on the central coast. It reminded us of our time in Tuscany, with it's old world charm and beautiful stonework. Our room was huge and had everything we needed for our romantic weekend away. The tavern staff were wonderful and even brought us complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary. We will definitely be back!」

「A beautiful cozy little piece of heaven. Getting to wake up to the birds singing, water bouncing into the pond, while being surrounded by a garden of green damn near out of a movie . Check in was extremely quick and easy. Thank you for having us and definitely recommend to anyone tryin to get away and rejuvenate the mind !」

「Place was clean, well decorated and had the comforts of home. I liked the kitchen and guest netflix account. Host offered some snacks and water. Given the long drive we had it was very mych appreciated. 」
