Upatoi 3 星級飯店

「This hotel was really good 10yrs ago. Now it looks like they have never done anything to maintain it. We arrived last Wednesday and after seeing the deterioration of the dining area, and the moldy smell that came out of our room, we tried to leave. Unfortunately we had paid for the whole stay from Wed. last week until today Wed. The hotel refused to refund us our money and we had to stay. We ask Sunday why our room had not beencleaned and we're told that that the reason they had not cleaned...

「Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!」

「So much construction was not warned about on booking and was dusty and nasty. Could not eat the breakfast was nasty and leaking tub all night, air cut on and off all night, tvs didnt work. Room keys had to tread back around due to not being activated correctly. Would not stay here again in current condition.」

「There were bugs in the bed the bedrooms windows were busted out the grout was full of mold in the bathroom and the TVs did not work or have remote」

「Diamond in the rough. This was a first time staying in a house instead of a hotel. Pulling into the neighborhood the family was a bit weary. Kids fighting. Skunk smell about. But I noticed one of the neighbors had an Astrovan with big chromed out wheels so I was pumped! House was great and we loved it. Very comfy and would recommend again.」
