「Great apart-hotel..staff are helpful, rooms are big and spacious, location is convenient to walk almost everywhere, views are great if you take a higher room. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that. Only downside is the wait time on elevators, other than that , overall a good stay, and would stay there again in future.」

「I recently stayed at a hotel in the Orbi complex and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the sea, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! 「Путешествовал один не в сезон, отель оправдал ожидания. Из плюсов: Наличие теплого пола и кондиционера помогло быстро обогреть помещение, несмотря на промозглую погоду за окном. 「It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. 」

「It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel.
