「We had a junior suite. Excellent room-one of the best that I have ever stayed in, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was well presented. Would 100% choose to stay at this property again.」

「The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense.」

「The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly」

「Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. 」

「By far, this home is the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. First, the neighborhood. The Zionsville Village neighborhood is delightful with a beautiful array of vintage homes. One could spend a day or more just walking the neighborhood enjoying the vintage and historical homes and their gardens. And the Village itself, with its brick streets and abundance of shops and good restaurants, is walkable from the house. The house is also a short drive to shopping centers for groceries and...
