「Stayed during Tet. Rooms and hotel dated and in need of upgrade but ok. Price during holiday very cheap otherwise rating would be lower. Breakfast very limited and average at best. But unlike other hotels here this time of year at least they had heating. Great facilities in hot season but not even bar open this time so looks great and would be better at right time of year.」

「The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. 」

「Another very nice hotel. Nice location. Staff helped with scooter hire. Internet wasn't the greatest, at times, but fine. Nice breakfast which is included. Looking forward to visiting again. Didn't see/use the pool.」

「Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with both of them about the local area and they gave me some good tips on what to do. They were also keen to help me to provide great customer service!」

「Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold. NO pool even though it is advertised as having one! NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so. No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so. Filthy rooms. A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AVAOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. 」
