「Very unpleasant encounter with incompetent clerks at the front desk . . . When we asked about the availability of an accessible room, we were not told the truth, and then we were charged for two rooms instead of one! 」

「Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. 「We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. 」

「The orginial room was smoking and the front desk man that check me in was awesome. He moved to a new room. Thank you. The room in 317 the couch was dirty and the mattress needs to be changed out. I noticed a lot of coffee or nasty brown spots through the room. The light in the bathroom needs to be changed.」
