「Our toilet was plugged on arrival and took long time to get cleared. Room was extremely hot. Air conditioning non operational. Coffee maker had wrong size grounds container. Not a good experience this time. 」

「I had to travel to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, for a week.and was given the name of the hotel as one choice close to the clinics I had to visit by the concierge service. It is connected via indoor skyway to the main outpatient Mayo campus, including the Gonda building. The parking was very easy with direct acess to the hotel at the skyway level in the parking garage. 「This hotel had spacious clean rooms with kitchens and comfy beds. They offered complimentary breakfast, laundry, and light supper. That was a happy surprise. The shuttle to Mayo Clinic came by often. Underground parking was also free. 」
