「Always a pleasant stay! Staff and rooms are lovely. if I was to change or request anything some of the rooms could do with up graded smart TV's other then that I absolutely love staying At the Black Diamond, it quiet, safe, convenient and the rooms are beautiful! It is my favourite place in Blackwater to stay and I Highly recommend your next stay be here!」

「One night in transit then rain caused travel plans to be up in the air due to road closures. However motel mgnt assisted and we were allowed late check-out which was great as road was opened late following morning.」
