「Some of the staff members was amazing Front desk ladies was terrible ! I supposed to check in at 4pm I check in 5:25 pm it was seen in her room was not ready」

「Room was very clean, pool was right out the patio. Beach view was excellent also. Very close to beach. Plenty of bars. The shuttles take you everywhere you want to go on the property. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
