「When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.」

「The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. 「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,...

「Nice place - it is exactly how it displays online. Clean, basic hotel a little away from the centre of town, but still only a 5 minute walk. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with one of the local laundries being closed. Recommend.」
