「Mixed Experience - Great Staff, Disappointing Room We paid extra for a room advertised to sleep five, but the bedding was highly inadequate. The "king" bed was actually queen-sized. The sofa bed mattress was so thin we could feel the metal bars underneath, and the rollaway bed was mediocre. Additionally, the climate control was broken. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return.」
