「Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the...
