「The room was very cold. There was no remote for the heater. We were unable to turn the TV on. The cutlery and cups were very dusty. The sheets were dirty and had a fresh blood stain on them.」

「We arrived at The Griff Hotel and nearly had a panick attack. The Pub which is located at the side of the accommodation has now shut down and boarded up. We actually thought we had lost our money and had been scammed. We had two rooms, which were big enough for 2 nights stay. The beds were comfy, the bathroom had a shower and toilet in it. 「It's a fantastic caravan park, but the unit we stayed in needed a deep clean. Several surfaces had not been wiped, and windowsills were very dusty and full of flies. Some kitchen items were very dirty. When I raised the issue with staff they reacted professionally and said they would do something about it. Other than that, the view is beautiful, the area peaceful and the staff extremely helpful. A lovely place to take children.」
