"I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. "Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. "

"In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM.
