"Property is relatively expensive, but that is a fact of Ouray. Pleasant setting with adjacent water stream. Excellent location. We had minor maintenance issue (water heater) that was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. "

"This place was amazing and was right in the middle of everything. Had plenty of room for parking since we rented a jeep when we got there. Fire pit was nice but fir ban hit in the middle of are stay. Which is ok since we leave in colorado and know all about that stuff. Even without out that it was a beautiful place. Definitely going to book again soon. To much to explore in one trip. "
