"Great place very clean and accommodating. Besides the front desk clerk that was very unfriendly and even mean to the kids having fun in the pool. Even made unkind remarks about them when I checked in not having known I was with the group already there. Spoke extremely unprofessionally about needing to “yell at them like a drill sergeant.” He was a young guy and I’m sure not very experienced with young ones but the dude had no reason to be so rude to such little kids that were obviously behaving like kids in a pool, maybe too loud for him it seems. Otherwise 10/10 great place. 6/10 for his handling of things and unfortunately will not bring our wrestling team back to stay there in the future."

"Very clean room, but was surprised that for a newer hotel they did not have any USB ports in the walls or on the bedside lamp. No big deal, just had to go out and buy a wall charger. Other than that, GREAT STAY!"

"The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night. No one from the hotel provided any kind of noise control. Additionally there was a car doing donuts and revving his engine in the parking lot all through the early hours of the morning, which I later learned was actually the hotel’s own maintenance worker. All in all, did not sleep a wink, and everyone else in the breakfast room in the morning apparently had the same experience. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional. The whole reason I booked this hotel and not a lower tier motel was to get some quality rest before an early flight, but the property does not maintain any noise control and their ow employees are part of the problem! It’s a shame because the room was nice otherwise."
