"The condo was great, its very comfy, not too big, not too small, there was just two of us staying, but its big enough for at least 2 other people and still be comfy and everyone have their privacy, all the comforts of home, heck the tv even had the owners Netflix account on it, it was very very clean and tidy, nothing was in dis-repair, good location, not right in the middle of everything but just maybe a 5 minute drive to all the fun stuff on pensacola beach"

"The location was good. Close to the beach. But you can tell that this is probably owned by a company since it doesn’t seem to show owner’s pride in the space. Moldy blender, not too clean, the sofa was sticky and old and worn. After two nights we found evidence of a rodent who had eaten half a banana and pooped under the sofa bed where my daughter’s boyfriend slept. "The condo was great and as advertised. The only thing I found slightly annoying was that the neighbors porch light would turn off and on all night. Maybe install blinds on the back door? But very good over all. "

"Portofino resort property is beautiful. The condo has not been maintained. Have been vacationing at Portofino for 2 decades/many years and have never been in a three bedroom unit that has not been maintained like this unit. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen dishes and utensils all need to be evaluated. The furniture needs to be maintained. The mattresses need to be replaced. I am not a complainer and generally satisfied, this unit should be reevaluated before being rented....
