柏斯基督 3 星級飯店

「Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice size. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I do have a suggestion for the hotel. Please put hand towels in the gym. Even Holiday Inn and Suites have towels in the gym. I saw other people working out and sweat was dripping everywhere all over the equipment.」

「First time stay. Friendly staff. Very classy in design. Room was very spacious. Could have been dusted better and the power outlet connected to one side of the headboard of the king bed wasn't functional, therefore, no use of phone charger block outlet and no working lamp. As far as the bathroom design, towel rack is above the toilet on the other side of the shower which didn't quite make sense to be able to easily grab a bath towel or wash cloth from the shower. Shower is large, but no bar to...

「Bed was very uncomfortable.」

「The Property interior looked pretty clean. The staff was less than enthusiastic or friendly. A couple people were friendly proceeded to tell me it was low season so therefore the bar was not open. The breakfast was still served. Coffee was hot and fresh courtesy. If you’re going to charge full price, then allow for full service.」

「Good staff clean hotel however the bums come in and get coffee and breakfast. To me that is so unsanitary for us paying customers . I did relay my concern to staff and it was just written off as not an issue. I was told they just got coffee but no that got food also I informed the staff」

「Excellent stay! The room was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. We loved the breakfast, which had a great selection of fresh options to start the day. The gym was well-equipped for a solid workout, and the pool area was clean and refreshing. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!」

「Had to wait and couldn't check in until a little after 4 PM. Water view room I reserved was replaced with pool view. Neighbors in adjacent room were noisy all night long for a number of nights even though we told guest services. Overall, a bit disappointing.」

「Excellent find, highly recommend!」

「Everything was terrific.」

「The staff was exceptional. Room could have been cleaned better but was acceptable. Small variety of breakfast items available but what was offered was good.」

「Entry was simple and no staff to deal with directly. Great place other than the initial walk in is a bit underwhelming」

「This hotel was perfect for our anniversary getaway. From the location across from the beach toa very helpful staff, everything was great! We're already looking forward to our next trip.」

「Excellent breakfast. Noisy floors above room could hear every footfall. Staff checked me into a room that was locked and under maintenance requiring me to trek back to the front desk and get a new room assigned. Made key incorrectly and yelled down the hall that I needed to come back for a new key. Good food. Noisy including airport noise. Poor front desk. Great location shares parking with Hilton Garden Inn.」
