「Excellent service at the front desk! I had a tricky situation with a traveling companion and the lady working was so kind, patient, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 friends so we loved having the “living space” in our room plus the kitchen and island to eat at. We chose this hotel because it’s walkable to the Civic Center, and that was really convenient. I definitely recommend staying here. 」

「When we walked back to the hotel from a restaurant across the street, there was the smell of urine and a puddle of urine where the cars drive up to the entrance of the hotel」

「For a three night stay this suite was perfect. One suggestion though, two women sharing one mirror in the entire suite was a little difficult. Add a mirror in each bedroom please. 」
