「The desk clerk was kind and did her job. We could not believe the condition of the building. The awning pillars needed some work done…. It had wiring exposed where I assume there had once been lighting. The elevator flooring was cracked and had missing pieces. The woman taking care of breakfast was on her phone to in the side room BOTH morning when things needed tending to in the dining buffet area. Over all this place was at best a place to run in get some sleep and leave, while traveling, NOT...

「The room was very clean. The decor in the room was well done with a new look. A very large TV in the room with a greeting to the traveler by name when you turn the TV on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, organized and well maintained during the breakfast time. The attendant who prepares and manages the breakfast is very friendly and accommodating. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it's so good. Also, I used the fitness room. The fitness room is...

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

「Need coffee in my room every day.」

「We enjoyed the spacious room.」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel!!! We got a suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch! Loved the kitchen with it! It was super clean anywhere you went in the hotel. Only thing I can complain about is our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and our dead bolt lock wouldn't lock, room 323. Breakfast also was pretty...

「This is a beautiful space! The inside is gorgeous and decorated so nicely! We had a spacious room with a huge beautiful bathroom with lots of amenities! Howard met us for check in and gave us the tour and was so helpful with breakfast recommendations and a great host!」

「This hotel is currently under construction and not open. I have been charged for the stay by Hotels.com. Hotels.com refuses to refund my money. I have contacted them multiple times and this issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.」
