"Near attractions like beach, clock tower, morning market, night market , massage shop, many local food shop nearby too, thumbs up Staff are friendly"

"Nice and quaint place downtown. Owner and staff friendly and very accommodating as you frequent during your stay in Hat Yai. Clean rooms; and it’s centrally located in a place you can go do all you need within a couple of blocks or less."

"Ya, best location "

"Great stay while visiting family!"

"Hotel is very clean and the air-conditioning is good. Very near Kim Yong Market and plentiful of things to eat."

"This is a hidden gem. Cabanas in a beautiful setting on a moat by the river entrance to the lake. Almost empty because tourism hasn’t come back here like the rest of the country. Amazing staff, good food, great prices and they’ll arrange a tour to Thale Noi too. A highlight of our trip."

"Very quaint hotel, really convenient for exploring the town and quiet location. Small room, very small double bed (though beautiful aesthetically) and not much by way of available drinks or snacks - not a problem though would have been nice to sit in the front open area. Staff were nice but didn’t seem that customer - centric."

"Very cozy hotel, nice pool, good location and most of all really great people. Definately worth to stay!"

"Location was central to shops and eateries. Staff was helpful. Pool was closed for several days."

"Hotel is a little run down but had a very pleasant stay and will certainly stay here again."

"ห้องพัก ขนาดกำลังดี สำหรับ 2 ท่าน สะอาด อยู่ในตัวเมืองพัทลุง เดินทางไปมาสะดวก ร้านข้าวต้มบ่าววี อยู่ตรงข้าม มี 7-11 มีเครื่องชาร์จรถไฟฟ้า อยู่ 1 เครื่อง "

"Great to stay here "

"I got a tore shower towels in my room. Housekeeping should be more careful. Overall good stay."

"It is a very nice hotel."

"Great location near markets bars and restaurants"

"Spacious rooms and good service "

"Really nice, modern hotel, very convenient for exploring the city. Room was good, other reviews mention the glass toilet and shower doors from the bedroom but this was of no concern to us. We enjoyed the complimentary dried fruit snacks each day and the ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check out."

"The room very clean. Strategic location. Floodless area. "

"It took an hour to check in. I rented a room with two beds, the staff insisted one bed was good enough, since my friend (travel partner) and I are both female. Only two rooms in the hotel had 2 beds. The first had a toilet problem we found after unpacking. We changed rooms. There was no in room WiFi as advertised. Staff tried to fix this problem to no avail. The staff speaks no English. They smiled and seemed to want to help, but I produced Google Translate on my phone only to find...

"Stay for 1 night.. warm welcome from staffs.. everything is smooth from check-in to check- out.. clean room and spacious with balcony.. quite and peaceful.."
