「Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom.」

「We had a very pleasant stay. We had a Studio Suite with 2 Qn beds and sofa bed. I have nothing negative to say. Hotel is at a nice and safe location; it has clean and very spacious room with full kitchen, good customer service, great breakfast buffet. Cathy, the supervisor, was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville.」

「This hotel has excellent hardware facilities and a good overall stay experience, but one of the male front desk staff members had a very poor attitude, even telling guests to shut up!」

「We got a text from the staff a couple of times during our stay asking how everything was. The continental breakfast was nice. The rooms were decent, and parking was free. They keep fresh cookies on the lobby and coffee all day long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.」
