「I absolutely loved my stay here! Nothing to complain about. Our stay went so smoothly and great. The room was perfect, water in the shower was hot and everything worked well. Kitchen was fully equipped and the water in the sink was filtered, so that’s a great plus. Only issue we had was with the microwave and safe, but went to the front desk to report it and they immediately came to fix it. All staff is absolutely charming, welcoming and helpful. Loved our stay at Element! 」

「My husband and I visit here at this location. Both first time. The view is wonderful and spacious had a great patio, inside had one crack by door and one peeling inside shower. Other than that,We highly recommend this place! Very peaceful,Quite A few youngsters in and out but your located on deep ellum all bars and clubs. The host were amazing! Great with communication , Great walking distance. We appreciate our stay we also clean very good respect for the property ☺️ . We loved how comfortable...

「Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore.」

「Never received my entry code to the building No one answered the phone. & Address is wrong. Had to get a different hotel…. 」

「Check in was really challenging and as I was not in a vehicle, involved a lot of walking up and down the garage looking for a lockbox. Instructions said if I spoke to building management, I would forfeit 」
