"I can’t fault anything about our stay here. The room was spotless and very big with a large TV, tea/coffee facilities, iron, ironing board, heater, fan, king size bed, en-suite etc. There were plenty of parking spaces. The owner and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and hardworking. The cooked breakfast buffet and continental were excellent with plenty of choice. The evening meals and carvery were delicious and plentiful. This was our first visit but certainly won’t be our last. Looking forward to the next time."

"This Inn is a olde style building with wooden beams in the bedrooms etc. As such with this type of building there are low ceilings and hardly a straight wall anywhere. We found that our room although quaint wasn’t spotless as other places we’ve stayed. One of the two window blinds didn’t work, we couldn’t get it to drop down. Not a huge issue as the other blind did close. The biggest issue for us was that one of the two electric fans in the room was so dirty that if you had switched it on the layers of dust on it would have flown around the room. In saying this, we had booked a meal for the night we stayed, the food was excellent and the entire place filled with customers, a sure sign of quality food. The breakfast the next morning was excellent with plenty of choice. The full English we had was cooked to order and arrived hot, would highly recommend."

"Plumber Manor is a perfect place to stay if you want a peaceful retreat in beautiful gardens , a comfortable bed and delicious food. It has a well stocked bar and the wine prices are reasonable. The only negative was the wifi was weak in the courtyard room we stayed in which caused ‘buffering’ when watching a film. We mentioned it to staff and it will be rectified. It is a family owned hotel so the service feels personal. Somewhere we would definitely like to return to. There are many interesting places to visit nearby, including the Jurassic coast and National Trust properties. The hotel staff will help to plan your day."

"We had a nice overnight stay. it was a halfway house between Cornwall and east Sussex. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was really good and well organised. The only issue we had was the curtains in our room (no.2) . They don't stretch all the way across, several hooks were missing and the middle bracket looked as if it was about to fall out the wall! We ended up holding it all together with pegs we'd travelled with Other than that all was good - a lovely old pub in a lovely part of England."

"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."
