「I had an excellent experience at the Verb. As Usual. I cannot recommend this establishment strongly enough. Every aspect, from parking ( shout outs to Cisco and Keya) to purchasing merch ( thank you Gerry) is an above and beyond thing. It’s fun to stay here. You will be among friends.」

「We have stayed here twice, right before and after my significant other deploys, and we have really enjoyed this hotel. It's clean, nice, safe and has a nice restaurant so we don't need to leave. Highly recommend. We will be back.」

「The place is modern quiet clean and beautiful , we took a connecting room that we request at the lobby 1king and 2 queen beds , the rooms were clean, comfy , the size was okay for a familly of 6, they need to make some work in the bathroom toilets did not flush well ,take a long time to have hot water to take a shower ,no free breakfast ,mini fridge is just enough to keep water ,no microwave in room ,only downstairs which i didn't like we had to go heating the kids food there all the time....

「雖然沒有衛浴，不過一層樓有4間衛浴，且幾乎每次去都是滿乾淨的，感覺幾乎定時都有打掃。另外沒有冰箱是比較麻煩的事情，微波爐要到地下室，3樓同層有隱私住戶，要注意不能跑去。房間很乾淨，床也很舒適，覺得算是很高CP值的，還有準備包包可以帶去浴室，覺得都還ok啦！因為乾淨所以滿能接受的。不能接受也是有房間有衛浴，訂要看清楚。下次一樣會選擇再住的。離地鐵約10分鐘，斜對面有7-11。」

「I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking....

「Everything went well with the exception of internet connection which continued to ask me to join the Travellers Program and did not allow me to scroll down to the free internet. I had to go to the front desk twice to rectify this problem with my computer. Being on a business trip made this difficuot.」

「The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.」

「Overall, it is a nice place to stay. We did have an issue with room heat, but it was promptly resolved. The other reason for my rating relates to the changes for food from the Hilton. I felt it was an excessive fee for breakfast. 」
