「My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly. 」

「The staff was great, but there’s a couple things that bothered me. The $12 a night for parking, that needs to be included in the price when booking. It’s ridiculous to charge for parking for a paying customer, especially 12 dollars a night, that’s wild. Also, there was red tape up at the entrance which made getting in and out difficult with luggage. It seems like an older building, but it was still a nice stay. I would recommend the one at the galleria, it was more modern and cleaner. This one...

「Mattress was hard and seemed broken down. We both left with back aches. Room appeared clean but when I went to get a spoon out of the drawer the drawer felt greasy. Air conditioner was noticeably loud but cooled the room off. The door was difficult to open… the lock mechanism wasn’t functioning correctly. We reported it.
