新里奇港 3 星級飯店

「Shepherds Beach Resort was even better than we imagined. Everything was great. I can’t say one bad thing about them.」

「nice」

「We stayed here because we were attending a game at Benchmark arena. Excellent choice for that reason alone because its walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bedding super comfortable. The pool was invigorating. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast was perfect. The staff, especially the manager Grant were very welcoming and concerned about guests experience. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to others and will be visiting it again soon.」

「Overall, it is a great idea to stay after a long flight.」

「Is foolish bad hotel , not safe And all old , room small , bed dirty , I not go back this hotel any more 」

「Stayed here multiple times; alway friendly staff and clean rooms.」

「Lovely long weekend in Clearwater! Beautiful room with a view of the Gulf from our balcony! Within walking distance to everything! Wonderful breakfast! Terrific customer service!」

「Booked a room with a jetted tub. They first gave me a room with a shower. When I told them about my booking they moved me to another room which did NOT have a jetted tub. The room also smelled so badly of mold that it was hard to sleep. There was also pubic hair on the sheet and top blanket. We tried to stay away from the room as much as we could! Horrible experience !」

「First, there was only one person in the front desk and she was lost, sorry but can't describe her better, amd with like 4 people waiting on line.... The room, found a couple, that is more than 3-4 smalls roaches in the bathroom, went to the front desk to complain and all they said was they will look into it...」
