「Not maintained well. Many details not maintained. Shower doors do no close completely.」

「A note for other travelers. Expedia says breakfast is included - it is NOT. A lot of other travelers were also confused about this. Big disappointment for us since we were here on work and had to take extra time of our day to go find food. Don't drink the water coming from your bathroom sink. It tastes like mold - learned the hard way, ha. Everything else was great. Rooms are comfy and spacious, staff is friendly, and location is good.」

「The room smelled like chlorine and mold. Definitely an older hotel with few room updates. Pool was unusable due to the number of kids in it most of the day. Breakfast buffet was embarrassing for the price that was charged. Waited over an hour to get food when we did order off the menu. Would not stay here again.」

「My husband did not want to try a different hotel/motel but I insisted we stay somewhere and somewhere cheaper than where we normally stay. I found this one at a good price. He was so skeptical because he hates to visit a new place to find it dirty! While the Soudersburg Motel seems a little older they did very well with what they have. 「I think you need a real person to check guess in at night. Plus in the morning the front desk was on the phone the whole time. Even got in our why trying to get breakfast. She was more worry about her video call then the customers. Not a good stay at all.Plus there was firetrucks and everything there so it was hard to park to. Because a person set off fireworks.」

「Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.」
