「The hotel is nice overall, but the room was not so clean. We had black mold on the shower walls. Also, the shower floor is textured and when it becomes wet, you can see that it needs cleaning. Other than that, it's a nice place.」

「the garden was lovely but the alligators in the pond really shocked me at the first glance. Can you pls. put some notes besides the pond to notify the guests?」

「The front desk and housekeeping staff were not very helpful nor personable. The room’s toilet was clearly not cleaned as there was dried urine on the seat. There was also a significant roof leak in the hallway directly outside of an occupied room. The ladies working in the breakfast area were the only redeeming factor about this hotel stay. They were the nicest most helpful people working there. They made sure guests had what they needed, kept the area clean, organized, and fully stocked....
