「The room shower didn’t have got water. Ceviche wasn’t really good.」

「My stay would've been perfect, staff was very helpful and polite, the pool was fantastic, breakfast was superb...but, upon checkout I was forced to pay 85 USD (originally asked 105 USD for them) for two duvets (not that high quality anyway) because we stained them...we were told that it was due to sunscreen and that after washing it due to chlorine it stains red. How is one supposed to know this, and who doesn't use sunscreen on the beach? I doubt this is the first time it happens, and I am...

Simplemente inadmisible」

「Lindo lugar, cómodo, personal amable y siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades.
