"Upon arrival the first thing my family and I noticed is that the outside trash was overflowing with trash. I was unable to enter the property due to a dead door lock battery. The property manager was non responsive for over 4 hours. I explained that due to this delay we missed our family function that we drove for down to attend. "We liked the size of the home, the layout, the fact that it was clean inside; the property contact person was responsive to our needs and obtained things that were lacking quickly. We were grateful for that. The setting, in back, was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked. The house, though, is sparsely furnished; the TV is difficult to navigate in the living room and there were no directions for it. "Now remote control issue was solved within a couple of days, I do have to say fur price that I paid for 8 days on this property. It was not pleasant to find roaches, they did send housekeeping to clean the kitchen. What they really need was an exterminator as she was cleaning. She also found roaches. Couldn't cancel because my doctor's appointment were at 7 minutes from property and also I would have not gotten my money back. But yes, having roaches is disgusting."
