「Front reception and over night staff was not friendly or accommodating」

「This hotel is excellent. The only reason I am not giving it an excellent review is because there was nobody at the reception to welcome us or to check us in. We waited 20 minutes in the middle of the night (because of international delays from the US). Then I had to scramble to find the hotel phone number to get a hold of someone. I even walked around and opened doors around the reception area. I think the person who was supposed to be there was probably sleeping in a back room or...

Lovely staff, fun pool for the kids and best of all — the most gorgeous beach with crystal clear turquoise waters just across from the hotel — literally five steps from our apartment. Pro tip - pack light, storage space is tight! And splurge on a room with a sea view.」
