"Absolutely not "

"Room was ok, but the shower pressure was non-existent. My tub filled up with shower water quickly. I heard the person snoring in the room next room over, almost as if they were in the room with me. "

"Floor was disgusting in the lobby, room was not much better, left over food in cabinet by the bed"

"The pool and hot tub were down which ruined our experience. the teenagers running the hotel gave us a free cookie and said we had to speak to the manager about compensation with the pool being down but the manager was no where to be found and still has not contacted me about this. we checked out a day early as the this experience was awful. every time i reached out to the hotel they either did not respond or told me i had to speak to the manager. i even tried to reach out through expedia for some kind of accommodation or something but nobody responded. very dissatisfied and disappointed "

"The staff is magnificent! Exemplary! The manager, Ms. Kelly Vanier, was so professional! And the staff are unbelievably nice! This place deserves its 9.4 rating. I give it a TEN! Congratulations on a hotel superbly run!!"
