「My boyfriend and I stayed at elevate for a night. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex at the front desk, he was awesome- very helpful and so polite and professional. We feel Alex went out of his way and above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. 「Had to leave early due to an emergency. Staff would not refund money due to the fact that the room was booked through Expedia. Staff was curt, dismissive and not helpful. Did not provide a printed receipt because officially the reservation did not end until the following day. Horrible customer service. Will avoid Fairfield Inn in the future. 」
