「I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago ! What a shame !!!!! You spoiled my Christmas!」

「The hotel was in good condition. But the room i was given to start with the windows couldnt close so they relocated me to another room that was smaller. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was served on a plate.」

「The hotel does not have suites with twin beds or two double beds despite advertising on Expedia that they do. They challenged my booking until I proved the offer online. They tried to fix the situation but the room not as big as expected」
