「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....

「For a high end place I was really upset with this place. My wife and I had a weekend date planned and this place ruined it. 1. We showed up 2 hours after check in and still had to wait 30 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. 2. We came back after a concert and none of the exterior doors worked including the main doors, no signage or anything, we just walked around until we found a random door propped open with a chair to let us in. 3. We were staying on the third floor, and the elevators...
