Nice staff, several breakfast options, great location for walking to Shennong Street, Hayashu Department Store, Garden St. Night Market, and more. "This was one of the best hotels we stayed in whilst travelling around Taiwan. Not just because we got a free upgrade to a suit but because the service we received from the staff. A late check out was standard and we never felt pushed to check out even when we went out in the morning of check out to visit a local attraction. This was also the most eco-friendly hotel we stayed in. The inclusive breakfast spread was amazing and they also had free afternoon snacks which could easily fill you up. Location of the hotel was quite central and we could explore the areas around quite easily. Their range of hand wash, shampoo/shower gel and conditioner was amazing. When we visit Tainan again in the future, we will definitely be booking here again!"
